Meet Hillary

She began her real estate career in 2018 and quickly earned a "Rookie of the Year" title in 2019. She leverages her 10+ years of experience in PR, marketing, and event planning to excel for clients. She has established prominent networks as a member of several northern Michigan boards and committees. And has been a top 3% producing agent for the last three years. A relocation specialist, she assists clients with every aspect of moving, from finding rentals to securing healthcare.
 
A native of Leland, Hillary resides in both Traverse City and Northport with her husband Matt, and two children. They are the proud owners of V Gallery, Leelanau County's newest fine art gallery in Omena, Michigan. Her passion for art and design shines through her staging expertise and design consultations for clients.

Meet Nicole

Nicole White fell in love with the Lake Michigan shoreline over a decade ago building, renovating and flipping homes all over Leelanau County. She now resides in Holland, Michigan moving her love of the water and quaint Michigan towns to Ottawa and Allegan County even as she maintains strong ties to the Leelanau and Grand Traverse area. 
 
In addition to real estate, Nicole founded and operated Dune Bird Winery just north of Leland and brings a depth of knowledge to her clients on the agricultural and small business culture that makes Leelanau so unique.  With over a decade of PR and Marketing background as well as extensive local networks, Nicole thrives in serving her clients with the ability to connect the dots across the state of Michigan through referrals, collaborations and a strong partnership with Hillary and Found Realty Co.
