11313 N Evenfall Trail

11313 N Evenfall Trail, Northport, MI 49670

$1,775,000
This inviting modern home is a rarity as it sits on some of Leelanau County's desirable untouched land. Perched above Lake Michigan, Evenfall seduces with magical views of expansive blue waters (325' of private waterfront), Manitou and Fox Islands and unbelievable neon sunsets. The exceptional architectural design and tranquil setting was featured in The New York Times. The home's exterior and interior masterfully takes advantage of the land with its handsome geometric design of large glass and steel, an open floor plan, main level catwalk breezeway exposed by floor to ceiling windows. Energy efficient with SIP construction and in floor radiant heat. Fit to entertain friends and family with a separate guest wing boasting a camp-style bathroom setting: two tiled showers, two water closets and a communal double sink vanity. The private primary wing features an office space-- Mies van der Rohe bookshelf/desk, large bedroom boasting lake views, steam shower with double heads--luxury and wellness allowing anyone. The island kitchen includes a Bosch oven, built-in antique lighting, and a beverage refrigerator. The butler's pantry includes a full size refrigerator and an additional refrigerator is located in the NEW three car garage. Three fire areas include: indoor fireplace, a fire pit overlooking the bluff and a protected winter fire setting facing the sprawling countryside views. The property lends itself to homesteading through a fenced vegetable garden, plus trails to easily forage ramps, morels, wild asparagus and blackberries. This place calls for hunting Petoskey stones, as Evenfall is just minutes from Peterson Park. It's as though Evenfall nailed the impossible concoction of luxury and natural design; Masculine colors and lines juxtaposed with the feminine soft curves of the bluff, tree limbs and freshwater waves. Ever changing views await you: custom paintings colored by the trees, sky and water, gifted to you by Evenfall each day and night.
